Anxiety

Worrying occasionally is part of life, but when anxiety becomes constant, overwhelming, or interferes with your ability to rest and enjoy life, it may be time to seek support. Anxiety can show up in different ways—racing thoughts, irritability, physical tension, poor sleep, or feeling on edge for no clear reason.

At True Hope Counseling, we will guide you in working toward breaking the cycle of chronic worry and anxiety. We use evidence-based techniques to help you better understand your anxiety, calm your nervous system, and develop new coping strategies. This may include improving sleep hygiene, and learning relaxation or cognitive techniques to shift unhelpful thought patterns.

You don’t have to be stuck in a state of fear or unrest. Together, we’ll work toward restoring a sense of peace, confidence, and emotional balance in your life.
